Return & Refund Policy

At ANEMONE WELLNESS, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returning products and claiming refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and any accompanying accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5–10 days of receiving the order.
  • Products purchased during promotional events, sale periods, or labeled as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Items that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories, such as personal care or wellness products.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiating a Return

  • Contact us at info@anemonewellness.in or 9311757103 to initiate a return request.
  • Include the order ID, product details, and the reason for return.

Step 2: Return Approval

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Shipping the Product

  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the product using the label provided or through a courier service of your choice (at your expense, unless the return is due to a defect).

Step 4: Inspection and Refund Processing

  • Once the product is received, our quality assurance team will inspect it to verify compliance with our return policy.
  • If approved, the refund process will begin. If rejected, you will be notified with an explanation.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (bank details required).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and order details for verification.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.
