1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and any accompanying accessories.
- Returns must be initiated within 5–10 days of receiving the order.
- Products purchased during promotional events, sale periods, or labelled as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products not in their original packaging or with missing components.
- Products purchased under promotional offers marked as final sale.
- Gift cards or store credit.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
- Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, batch/expiry label, and order details for verification.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
4. Return Shipping
- For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover return shipping expenses.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery. Anemone Wellness is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received, our quality assurance team will inspect it for compliance with this policy.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or, at your preference, issued as store credit.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (bank details required).
- If a return is rejected, you will be notified with a clear explanation.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To request cancellation, contact us at the earliest with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process above.
